Bryan Police Make Two Drug Busts

A search of a College Station home by Bryan police last Friday led to seizing $27,000 dollars of illegal drugs and arresting two men on multiple charges. B-P-D seized from the home on Cross Timbers, off Southwest Parkway near Dartmouth, a variety of drugs, more than $8,000 thousand dollars cash, six guns, and a vehicle. According to the arrest report, 27 year old Mario Hoffmaister had in his bedroom 484 vape cartridges, each containing what is believed to be THC oil, along with seven containers holding small amounts of marijuana. More vape cartridges containing T-H-C and what police believe to be LSD, hydrocodone, and amphetamine pills were found in Hoffmaister’s car. 31 year old William Kuhnle III was arrested after police found in his bedroom, more cartridges with THC oil and more marijuana.

Last Saturday morning, a Bryan police officer who became suspicious of a motorist he thought was attempting to avoid him, wound up visiting the driver in the drive thru of a donut shop. The incident at Super Donuts on William Joel Bryan between Villa Maria and Nash resulted in the driver’s arrest on multiple drug charges. According to the arrest report, 28 year old Daniel Espitia of Bryan had marijuana and ecstasy in his pockets and $545 dollars cash in his wallet. And Espitia told the officer he was borrowing the car where the officer also found what’s believed to be cocaine, methamphetamine, and more marijuana.
